Application Message

Experience Lake Nona, a juried event of 100 fine artists set up to show and sell as well as compete for $25,000 in cash awards. The event targets a high income, highly educated demographic. Encompassing 17-square-miles and located adjacent to the Orlando International Airport, Lake Nona is a modern mecca for technology companies, hospitals, and innovation. With autonomous town vehicles, robotic restaurants, and a world class Sculpture Garden, Lake Nona is considered the “Community of the Future”. Marketing for the event includes print, billboards, radio and social media campaigns.SHOW DATES - FEBRUARY 21 & 22, 2026
Location: Outdoors. All booth spaces level, on pavement. GPS use 6900 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827
Approximately 100 artists will be accepted to exhibit at the 2026 event.

Sunday breakfast during the Artist Award ceremony, Artist Bathroom, coffee, water, and snack area,  Artist hotel discounts, Area for RV’s and trailers, Direct unload to booth space. Parking nearby.

 Best of Show - $10,000 purchase / $5000 cash award
Judges Choice 2D - $2500
Judges Choice 3D - $2500
10 Awards of Excellence in 2D - $500 each
10 Awards of Excellence in 3D - $500 each
Sales: Artists retain all revenue from the sale of their work and are responsible for state and local sales tax

Booth Fees: 
Upon acceptance, artists may purchase:
Regular row 10 x 10 $400
Double booth 10 x 20 $750
Premium Corner $100
All will be sold on a first-come, first served basis.
Multiple Applications: If an artist has work in different media categories or distinctly separate bodies of work within one category they may apply with multiple applications
Electricity: A limited amount of electricity is provided in designated areas
Security: 24 Hour
Application fee: $30 or WAIVED FOR INVITED ARTISTS
IMAGES
- Four images are to be submitted for each application entered by the artist. Three images must be of individual pieces of work. The fourth image must be of a booth or display of the artist's work. 
- Images must accurately represent the body of the artist's work to be exhibited at the Art Festival.

Media Categories
Ceramics: All original clay and porcelain work other than jewelry is accepted in this category. No machine-made or mass-produced work is permitted.

Digital Art: This category includes any original work for which the original image, or the manipulation of other source material, was executed by the artist using a computer. Artwork must be in signed and numbered limited editions, on archival quality materials. Traditional photographs taken through digital media should apply in the photography category. Work generated by Artificial Intelligence is prohibited.

Drawing: Works created using dry media including chalk, charcoal, pastels, pencil, wax crayon, etc. or from the fluid medium of inks and washes applied by pen are to be entered in this category.

Fine Craft: All work crafted from fibers including basketry, embroidery, weaving, leatherwork, tapestry and papermaking.  This can be wearable or non-wearable. No machine tooling, machine-screened patterns or other forms of mass production are permitted. No factory-produced wearable items, regardless of additional modification or enhancement by the artist, may be exhibited.

Glass: No forms of mass production are permitted.

Jewelry: All jewelry whether the work is produced from metal, glass, clay, fiber, paper, plastic or other materials must be entered in this category. No commercial casts, molds or production studio work is allowed.

Metalworks: Includes all non-sculptural, non-jewelry works crafted from metals. No production studio work is allowed.

Mixed Media: This category includes works, both 2 and 3-dimensional, that incorporate more than one type of physical material to produce.

Painting: Works created in oils, acrylics, watercolor, etc. are in this category. 

Photography: Photographic prints made from the artist’s original image, which have been processed by that artist, or under his or her direct supervision, are included in this category. Photographers are required to disclose both their creative and printing processes.

Printmaking: Printed works which have been properly signed and numbered as a limited edition may be entered in this category. Printmakers are required to disclose both their creative and printmaking processes.

Sculpture: Three-dimensional original work done in any medium.

Wood: Original works in wood that are hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved are accepted in the wood category.
