Consistently ranked in the Top 10 BEST by Sunshine Artist Magazine in their annual ranking of the Best Classic/Contemporary Craft Festivals in America, the Mount Dora Craft Fair was awarded the title of ALL TIME FAVORITE #1 in their special 50th Edition published in 2021.

The Mount Dora Fall Craft Fair is a highly competitive, quasi-juried event attracting over 200,000 visitors annually. It is an excellent opportunity for craft exhibitors, artists, and businesses to showcase their products. Visit MountDoraCraftFair.com to read all requirements before applying.

  • Retail / Buy-Sell vendors are NOT permitted.
  • Food vendors: do not apply here.

How Exhibitors Are Chosen

This is a quasi-juried event. Time of application has no bearing on acceptance. On the deadline date, applications close; all files are categorized, reviewed, and scored. The highest-scoring exhibitors in each category are invited to participate. All others are placed on the wait list.

The more UNIQUE your product is, the better your chances of being accepted.

Deadline

June 1, 2025 is the application deadline. Applications submitted after June 1 are automatically placed on the wait list and you will be notified by email if space becomes available up to the event weekend.

No upfront application fee. Application is not a guarantee of participation. Booth fee includes a non-refundable application fee and applicable tax (added to final balance once upgrades are selected). Booth fees are payable only after your application is approved and you are notified by email.

Payment = Commitment. Booth fees are non-refundable.

Remember: Applications remain open for Business Branding / Lead-Generating / Sponsorship opportunities even after June 1.
